Ramsey County Libraries: 1 or 2 hour appointments
Ramsey County library locations have 1 or 2 hour computer use appointments (if you bring your own laptop for using wifi, it's the same process).
Hennepin County Library 1 hour appointments
Grab and go services include 1 hour long computer use (walk in or by appointment)
SPPL Computer Use Appointments (Hayden Heights and Rice Street only)
Computer appointments can be made at Hayden Heights and Rice Street branches.
SPPL Library Express and Hotspot checkout
Printing, faxing, and copying services. If you are a St. Paul resident you can Check out a hotspot
Dakota County Library and Hotspot checkout
Dakota county libraries are open for up to 1 hour of computer use. If you have a Dakota county library card you can check out mobile hotspots, or mobile hotspot/ chromebook kits
Washginton County Libraries and HotSpot checkout
Washington County Libraries are open for up to 1 hour of computer use, and you can check out chromebooks and hotspots.
Anoka County Libraries and Hotspot CHeckout
Anoka County Libraries have on site services, mobile hot spot checkout and have wifi in their parking lots.

Low Cost Internet : PCs for People
Purchase wireless hotspots
MetroState Laptop Loaner Program
Borrow a laptop for the semester (only available for pickup when the library building is open).
