The East Side Seed Library is located inside the Dayton's Bluff branch of the Saint Paul Public Library and is operated in partnership with the Metro State University Library and Learning Center as well as Urban Roots.

Ramsey County Master Gardeners will visit the county yard waste sites on select dates in 2023. Visiting the booth is free. Yard waste sites are open to all Ramsey County residents.
Free compost and wood mulch are available at many of the Ramsey County yard waste collection sites. Free and open to Ramsey County residents as well as Hennepin County residents who live in Saint Anthony Village.
