Metro Library hours Summer 2021:
During the Covid-19 pandemic, study rooms are for individual use only; group study is not allowed. The children of parents are exempt from this policy. Only the first-floor study rooms are available. They are currently equipped with computers. No food or drink allowed.
Community members and alumni:
We regret the inconvenience, but the Metro library is closed to you at this time. See below for Dayton's Bluff branch access. You may access online library resources, e.g. ebooks, ejournals, research databases, and research assistance through your home public library's website or through https://elibrarymn.org/.
The only way to request an ID is to email firstname.lastname@example.org with:
Your ID will be mailed to the address provided. Allow 7 to 10 days for mailing and processing.
As of November 30, new IDs are no longer available in person.
Computers, printers, and wi-fi are available on the first floor only of the library during the hours the building is open.
