Using your ID card at the parking ramp

  • You must touch your ID card to the card reader or place it within three inches of the card reader to activate the gates.
  • You may leave your ID card inside your wallet or other carrying case; it should still work from within a thin holder. If it does not, remove the card from the wallet or carry case and touch the card to the reader.
  • If you pull a ticket to enter the ramp, you can still use your ID (students and prepaid employees only) to exit without an additional payment.
  • If you need assistance, please use the intercom button to speak with a parking attendant
