How to Link

Follow these steps to link to a Academic Video Online video:

  1. Find the video you wish to use and go to its page.
  2. Once you are on the page for the video, find and click the Share option near the top of the screen.
  3. Copy the Permalink. Use it to link directly to the video; you can share this link via email, or post it in your course content. 

NOTE: To correctly create a a link in D2L/Brightspace, select Create a File, and then look for the following icons in the HTML editor:

Click on the "play" icon on the left (NOT the "chain" icon). Then choose the "Insert Link" option on the menu that appears.
