Work with a Reference Librarian remotely
  • Chat service. This is available 24/7. Use the chat box on the main Library website. This service is staffed by Metro State Librarians during the following times during Fall 2021:
    • Mondays through Thursdays, 11am-7pm
    • Fridays 1pm-5pm
    • Sundays 1pm-5pm
Work with a Reference Librarian in person at the Library

During Fall Semester 2021, a librarian will be available to assist at the Reference and Research Assistance Desk, 1st floor Library. Please note that consultations are limited to 15 minutes as a COVID safety measure.

Get computer and technology tutoring with the library's Americorp/CTEP staff!

Tech assistance is also available from Metro's IT department via the IT Chat Widget on the desktop of university computers.
